I’ve been using white worms from my compost bins to feed my fish and I noticed that my plants started doing better - when I put the worms in I would also drop in a bit of finished worm castings from the same bin with the pump turned off - after a few hours the cloudiness settled and I would turn the pump on again - plants and fish or doing great and no fish have died in one year. - free plant fertilizer from the worm bin!

I just did this in my 55 gallon and was wondering how long it would take to see results because I have no idea how long it takes for the capsules to melt. I also added a co2 system to the tank which has been great. In just one day my red sword plants coloring has returned along with other red plants that I have. I hope I will see results in growth like you have in your tank. subbed so I can check your vids for more great tips

Question: Since that contains small amount of copper, if I douse my tank with water conditioner that says on the label that it also removes heavy metal from the water, is copper one of them?
