Treat yourself with this easy and simple banoffee pie at home! Please like and subscribe for more content!
Ingredients:
160g Digestive biscuits
40g Butter
150g Butter
150g Sugar
1tin Condensed milk
2 Bananas
Whipped cream for garnish.
1) Melt 40g of butter. Blitz digestive biscuits and add melted butter.
2) Cling film cake tin base and fill with digestive crumbs. Set in fridge.
3) Melt 150g of sugar with 150g butter. Add 1 tin of condensed milk and cook until mix is caramelised.
4) Spread caramel in cake tin and leave to set.
5) Arrange bananas on caramel. Sprinkle with sugar and blowtorch until caramelized.
6) Enjoy with whipped cream or icecream.
