So from what I've heard from these guys if you have plants with 10 Brix or higher you won't see any insect infestations, weeds, or mold/mildew issues. If this is so great why are we just finding out about this now?

Bits and pieces. How about the whole ball of wax? Fungicide cost 8 bucks. 10 brix. 20 bucks? Maybe even impossible? Hypotheticals have never paid my bills. Nor has theoreticals Seems they just accept cash.
