How to Change WordPress Admin Email in the phpMyAdmin Database

The problem is that some Wordpress installations do not send the confirmation email request right away, mine took like 20 mins to send and then it didn't even work anyways. So changing the email through phpmyadmin was the only way for me to change it. Thank you Nick for your tutorial it helped me out bigtime!.
