The way I see it is, if the FRACU were durable without tradeoff, we would all be wearing them in the work world on a regular basis.

look for a 1" square of nylon tape on either the cargo pocket flap on pants, and on the shirt cuffs... those are the identifiers between ACU and FR-ACU
present on FR, not present on ACU

Damn i thought fracu more durable cuz it has +defense to fire elemental damage, giving me a bit of false sense of invincibility against thermobaric boms and flamethrower attacks, i dint know regular ocp is more durable😆

The FRACU is probably toxic and I wouldn't wear it if I didn't have to.

Excellent info! I picked up some FRACU pants just because I wanted some pants in the OCP pattern, but the FR fabric isn’t comfortable to wear. I’ll try the garrison ones. I had no idea the fabric difference was so dramatic.
