Devon doesnt do it with straight wrists he kicks it back a little bit to the point where pronator teres is engaged, Devon does not hammer curling it, and think about falling on your back instead of thinking to lift it with your arm. Your form still needs fixing

Man it's Great lift and you are mad strong. That said it's hard to compare of your forearm Isn't parallel to the ground at the beginning. Im not saying it's a bad lift if you have not the Same angle, Just that you can't compare the weight with people that have the forearm parallele to the ground because it's not the Same torque. Still impressive lift.

Bhai cup to fir bhi kar hi rahe ho...is lift me sirf 2 chiz hi karni h...wrist straight(no cup) or forearm ka angle almost parallel hona chahiye ground se...jruri thodi h bhai ki 50 kg hi karna h....35 kro beshak par in dono condition ko fulfil karte hue karo

Mujhe arm wrestling kar na hai aur muje kuch nahi pata kitna der kat training karna hai aur kon kon se exercise karna hai week me kitna din training karna hai kis kis parth ka karna hai 😅

Bhai still heel uth ja rhi hai. It's better form but you can improve this too
