Tool snobs are weird. People who give you crap about your tool of choice are guys who are looking to rationalize their own spending. Let the work speak.

Bought the DeWalt system on sale like 3 years ago. I bought 2 complete stacks, same roller box base, different top boxes. I have used them continually in the heat, in the cold, they have been left in my truck bed during torrential downpours. I have used them as saw horses for wood, hardie board, steel...I weigh 273 and have stood on the roller boxes when I need just a little bit of extra height.I have rolled them, fully loaded, through mud, across gravel, sand and even down fire roads. When they've been left in the rain, everything inside has remained dry, even in the "non locking drawers". Never have had a single issue yet, not one. I have no brand loyalty, only bought these because of the great deal I got. Just my 2 cents.

I did so much research on modular tool boxes and came to the conclusion that unless you need all the extra things that come with the Milwaukee or flex or Klein the ridgid wins out. The biggest thing that makes ridgid superior is the rolling cart. You can switch it between any of the xl boxes!! And it is a simple design so there’s less things to break. I tried the toughbuilt but went right back to ridgid. And they’re not an ugly red or green or orange

Bought a Ridgid stack about 5 yrs ago. Garage/construction site abuse, still strong and tight. Low price, too! Milwaukee draws thieves.

I have Rigid and Husky, Husky is a little bit more space but the Rigid is a lot more solid.

Just got some Ridgid drawers. Great stuff. For tools, overlanding or anything else in the truck

Man I started with rigid. And honestly after 2 cold winters they were cracked. I went to dewalt. I have almost the whole set including the radio and there the best by far.

I had a bunch of the ridgid stuff and its pretty good. When i started stocking my van i went with the packout stuff and that stuff can take some abuse. I really like the ones with the two and three drawers. The tool boxes are tough and the latching to each other is smooth and easy....most of it never leaves my van. I keep the ridgid stuff for use at home. As far as tools as a plumber i use milwaukee. The only tools i have had that i can thoroughly soak with water and the rools keep working. I use my hammer drill to drill holes for my drain pipes with no issues... rarely need a hole hog or corded drills anymore.

I bought the packout stack years ago on sales, and have only bought accessories when they are on-sale or clearance! Very happy with it. For tools I’m battery locked to dewalt, but happy with them as well!

Just recently picked up a ridgid set with the three drawers, medium crate and divider case and absolutely love it, I agree milkwaukees prices are insane especially when you’re on a budget.

My rigids have been through hell and back for almost a decade and still operate flawlessly. Also, I have the same tool set I started with. Built many homes decks and rehabs with them. The finish is ultimately in the blade, bit, and craftsman. Rigid gets slept on!

Pack out nerds are the equivalent of mothers making lunches for their big guy. So special

I saw the ridgid for the first time a few weeks ago on site. I was impressed it seems very well built

Six gallon bucket with a Bucket Boss, and a seat. Works great and I've got a place to sit while working on stuff.

I literally just bought the rigid boxes for the very reasons mentioned….then a week later I returned them to get the 1 dollar dolly that I didn’t see the first time. They work great and cost less.
