Sucks that Raditz and Nappa become non existant after they died. No cameos in the after life like the other villains. I'd expect more from Raditz considering he is the biological brother of our main protagonist

Honestly the only one missing is Raditz. King Piccolo has been reincarnated into Piccolo so he technically isn't dead and Nappa wouldn't care, but I feel that Raditz would have been proud of his brother's strength, despite their past interactions.

I like how cell was portrayed here compared to frieza. frieza’s still sulking about his loss enough to stick his tongue out, while cell simply acknowledges both of their strength.
