The mysterious Nan Madol

Nan Madol, the giant temple on the small island of Temwen, close to Pohnpei in Micronesia.

Was it built by the 2 wizard brothers, Olosohpa and Olosihpa? Interestingly enough. Pohnpei, when translated, means “upon a stone altar” … I don’t think a more magical name is even possible… Oh wait. The island was formerly called ascension.

Can’t make it up.

What a fascinating site. 40% of the stones appear to have been somehow transported to the site from the top of a volcanic mountain on the opposite side of Pohnpei. 60% of them are from unknown locations.

It continues well underwater, and you can clearly see on Satellite images, how the entire coastline was modified, I would have loved to see this place at its prime. It is gigantic and awe-striking now, so one can only imagine what the people in the beautiful canoes that ran between the many artificial islands and canals would have marveled at.

There are so many mysteries in the world, and we need to peel back the layers of the historical onion further and further by widening our perspective on the past.

That’s why I am travelling across my home continent of Europe to discover more about the mysteries laying in front of our nose, by exploring ancient mystical sites. Their knowledge is waiting to be unfolded. Support me on this journey by going to the GoFundMe link in my Bio.

Much Love and all the Best for you.
Philip

I think what people need to realize is, that even tho in many cases accounts from the local population can be and is very helpful for those kind of topics, but if u would travel back to the roman empire and would ask the local population there, how rome was constructed, they would tell you that two brothers that got raised by a literal wolf build the city alone.

Waka taua, ranging between 9 and 40 meters, were some of the largest canoes built by Maori people. These large warships could carry up to 100-200 people and needed 80-120 paddlers to row.

Theres chants from the island of molokai in Hawaii about the original people of the islands who had similar spiritual mana. It was said when paao and the physically bigger people came to take the islands by force they were met by an invisible force and when the beached the wa’a canoes they were flung back into the ocean and could not breathe. The warriors gave the island of moloka’i a nick name of pule o’o or ripening prayers or powerful prayers because of what they had encountered. Maybe these brothers were from the same civilization of Mu.
