I remember watching Julia Child and saying to myself that I'll never make a recipe that requires buying an expensive one use item such as a fish poacher. BUT, yours is a lovely copper, and thus qualifies as an art object.

love the basic items and utensil recommendations. there’s so much crap out there when you buy the most essential things to whatever task you’re doing and people don’t know what kind of problem they’re going to present until it comes up and the cycle of buying garbage that doesn’t work continues. it’s amazing how you can’t buy a pan or a spatula without there being something wrong with it’s basic function. especially weird as we solved alot of those problems ages ago, maybe even hundreds or thousands of years ago in some cases.

Like the buzz cut. I had my already very short hair cut even shorter about a month ago, so I don’t have to deal with it for awhile. Stay safe and well everyone!

And the Puiforcat flatware is a prime example of why we do not advise patients to use their actual teaspoons and tablespoons to measure liquid medications. They are all different and result in a variety of unreliable doses. Ask your pharmacist for a proper measuring device.

The RSVP colander, and the Rachel Ray Lazy spoon and ladle, are personal favorites.

That's me, big spender.
