Thanks for joining me today for a tour of my newly renovated kitchen and dining room. I also show a bonus of my laundry room as well. It’s been a long 4 months of renovations to get to this point. I finally have the kitchen and dining room finished and I’m continuing to work on the rest of the house. Y’all I’m loving everything so much!! I feel like I have a new home! I love old linens, I soak stained vintage linens in oxy clean. Very nice renovations.

I love those miss matched chairs! That does look like Grandma's house.
My house looks like Grandma's house too! I am a Grandma! Many times over.
I love it, and will always have Vintage, miss matched things. It makes everyone feel at home, they all say.
I love how you have the potato mashers in your dough bowl. Love the plates on the wall. It's All beautiful. I love how you decorate.

I had or have so many pieces that you have. I couldn't believe when i saw your dining chandelier. I had the same one hanging in my dining room for years. I believe i brought it in the late 1970s. My dishes were 1940s Cavit Shaw Strawberry Shortcake pattern. It was the same pattern my mother had in the 1940s. I'm still decorating with strawberries all these years later. I did have to let go of a lot when we downsized from our family home of 50 years.

I love the ceilings, flooring and wall color. You have a really beautiful home and beautiful decor. You have worked very hard and I know it. Remodeling is hard work. By the time you get finished you definitely need a long break. I love the handkerchief idea in your laundry room. My first set of dinnerware was a set of blue willow. My uncle bought me the whole set when I got married.

I love your decor as always. Your new ceiling and floors are so nice! A few years ago I bought a new house. I said that I was going to scale down and only display my very favorite things. Lol. That didn't work. I have gradually added my things back plus more! Don't fight it. It's who we are!
