Thank you so much. Just came here to see the recipe. I have everything ready. See you haha. And, i will be using baking paper in place of the cling film, just to avoid cooking in plastic. Maybe you try it next time. All said thanks a lot

Please exactly which type of corn did you use.. bc in the US, my aunt used the corn in a big can and added the corn flour but it didn't hold together like yours.. can you tell me the exact corn please.. thank you

Beautiful recipe but quite concerned about the plastic used. Parchment paper would be a safer choice.
