Before boarding my flight, I had a frustrating experience. I accidentally booked my flight twice and immediately contacted customer service to request the cancellation of the duplicate booking. It has been three weeks, and I have not received any updates or an estimated date for the resolution. Despite calling customer service and reaching out via email, I have not received any responses; I was simply told to wait. This has been a poor service experience and quite inconvenient for me.👎

Very poor customer service. Scoot turned away 2 senior citizens at check in counter (Bove 80 years old) due to wrong information about visa requirement. After 23 days, they reverted to only saying they will refund the tickets. So many other cost lost for the trip....

It's okay if you don't provide food. But providing water for no cost is mandatory in any flight. It is a basic human right. Scoot has no humanitarian Outlook. Very poor customer service.
