Beyond the Storms of Fear and Grief

One of the keys to spiritual growth and development is the cultivation of presence consciousness, or the ability to transcend both the grief of the past and the fear of the future.

Regarding those who attain to such a state of liberation, Allah Almighty says, "Lo! Verily, upon the friends of God, there is nor fear nor shall they grieve."
