Carrickfergus Harbour Master Ryan Hack gives us an understanding of this important maritime role for each working harbour in Ulster, as well as a rundown on the daily activities on Carrickfergus Harbour and Marina. He is joined by Assistant Harbour Masters Ryan Johnston and Davy Moore.
