NEW Nova Galaxi DVR Lathe Spindle Wobble and @Teknatools will not fix or replace it.

Look at the spindle wobble on my Nova Galaxi Lathe and @Teknatool will not replace the spindle for me even under warranty. Invested $3000 in the new lathe and chuck, jaw sets and can't use it.
