first of all, it was never clarified doomslayer vs v1 LORE wise. Besides, even if doomslayer wipes the floor with v1 lore wise with zero diff, it’s his “pre-god status” as said in the caption, which could turn the tables for the fight. So therefore, I’d give it to V1 since overall v1 would slap up doomslayer, even in game wise. V1 is faster, absorbs blood, and his weapon hax are very op. Remember, this is before the Slayer kills the Dark Lord, and before the Divinity Machine. So with that being said, V1 basically slams.

Funny enough, im playing both Doom 1, 2 and Ultrakill rn. Tryna complete both again.
Anyways. If you think it biased. Here is an opinion who literally played both a minute ago

Strength - V1.
- Doom guy best feat is one punching Low tier demon that can be one shot by a simple shotgun. V1 parried fireballs, Parried dropkick at light speed that creates shockwave in contact, Parried leviathan attacks. And everytime he parries it does insane damage to the sender.

Travel Speed - Doom guy
- Doom guy can casually move fast enough to dodge dozen of rocket sent by Cyberdemon. It confirmed he move at 80 mph or around that. He can dodge fireball and blitz through hordes, move so fast that he can move like 10 meter before acid touch his feet. While V1 only move 16.5 unity unit. Which is 16.5 meter per second.

Combat speed - V1
- not too much to compare both, but i say V1 simply cause he has better combat feat.

Reaction Time - V1
- canonically, V1 armour is thin and cant survive much damage. So unlike real player, V1 have to parry every bullet, every laser incoming to survive. Meaning Lore V1 literally parried Minos all the time. Minos is so fast he teleports in gameplay.

Durability - Doom guy.
- Doom guy durability isnt high at all. But V1 is thin armour so there is that.

Agility - V1.
- He can jump, he can slam, he can slide, he can dash three times and can also wall jump.

Arsenal - V1
- sad fact: BFG only work against demon as demon have argen energy in them. So it USELESS against v1. And every arsenal Doomslayer has is... Everything that v1 can easily parry including chainsaw.

Ima stop doing comparison now.

Cause i realized that V1 can parry EVERYTHING Doom guy has. Including berserk punches.

And since Doom guy bleed, v1 is IMMORTAL in the fight.

A single touch of blood instantly repair v1 btw.

V1 wins No diff.

V1 can not harm The Slayer in any way. The UAC in DOOM 2016 did everything they could to try and scratch the preator suit in any way. They could not, it's said in the DOOM: Eternal Codex that the Slayer's skin is many times more dense / durable than the preator suit. Humanity in DOOM 2016 - Eternal is far more technologically advanced than Humanity in ULTRAKILL. And The Slayer's weapons for the most part are far more destructive than the ones that V1 has, due to the fact the Slayer makes any weapon he weilds even more powerful. (dont ask me how that works.) You could give V1 all the points you want, but the Slayer wins by the fact he is stronger with better weapons, and V1 has no way of hurting him.

In my opinion Slayer wins with high difficulty.I may not know much about v1 but I know that doom slayer has a weapon that may be stringer than a nuclear bomb

Doom slayer is known for being the most powerful character in gaming. They are similar in terms of killing demons but doom slayer is canonically far superior as id software just made him extremely powerful. For example of one of the Doom slayers abilities he takes the power of everything he kills just putting into perspective how powerful he can get and how powerful he is. (No bias to neither games/franchise I love playing each)

Even before gaining his god status, he was still immensely powerful, and had his praetor suit. He still got stronger from every demon he killed even before the Divinity machine. Lore wise even pre divinity machine, he’s faster, stronger, more durable, and has more stamina/endurance than v-1

Doom Guy still wins, even in Doom and Doom 64 the guy literally keeps up with Cyberdemons, and killed the Icon of sin. Same icon of sin with the power to warp reality and turn into a black hole that would consume the universe. And Doom Slayer still remained in hell to kill more afterwards. Until he went to argent dnur and the doom dark ages happens

I played and watched gameplays of both games and no V1 cant be compared to anyone because we dont know it truely. like we dont know its canonical speed, reaction time, and the other power scaling shit. but, im pretty sure doomslayer would win because even if V1 doesnt die, since doomslayer cant die or bleed V1 will run out of blood and slowly die himself.
