The video starts off panning into EuroReptarland, a Japanese amusement park in Paris, France. While "Who Let the Dogs Out" sung by the Baha Men plays in the background, a fashion show is being held, which Tommy and Chuckie is attending, to showcase the "Chat Back" watches being sold at Burger King in promotion for the film "Rugrats in Paris". Spike is shown peeing on the Eiffel Tower and another scene showed Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil and Kimmy going down a giant slide at EuroReptarland. The last scenes show Angelica yelling at a stylist behind the scenes of the fashion show. The next scene shows her on the steps of a building talking to "the babies" and then she falls as the movies title and logo are displayed on the screen before the flyer for the 20th Anniversary Celebration appears.
