Ppl need to stop being so entitled. Fatphobic? Really? That’s so stupid! Now we’re apparently not allowed to have thoughts abt our own bodies

I didn't see it as fat phobic, I related to it as someone who recovered from an eating disorder. no matter what number was on the scale, I still saw myself as fat. I felt like that scene expressed this feeling. anyway, it was nice of her to edit it out for those who were triggered

I can't imagine the fans were actually cancelling her lol. She has ridiculously loyal fans. It was the same cancel culture clown cult that "cancels" everything else.

correction: real fans aren’t trying to cancel her. haters are.

That’s not fatphobic she’s just expressing how she felt

The antihero scene wasn't fatphobic it was showing her previous trouble with an eating disorder, i completely related to it and that part made me cry because i felt it so much

I don’t think many people are trying to cancel Taylor Swift because she is truly adored by tens of millions of people.

No fan would EVER try to “cancel” or bring down Taylor. If you’re a true fan you wouldn’t do that

As someone who struggles with an eating disorder I was not triggered by the clip people need to stop being rude

Taylor Swift is not fat phobic. Her, stepping onto the scale represented her past struggles with anorexia and I think it’s wrong that everyone is coming at her for that

i remember there was a time she didn’t speak about any social or political issues and people were mad because apparently they thought she was a “closet-racist” but now that she raises awareness on different topics and regularly does so, she’s “just doing it to save face” these people will find anything to nitpick about her no matter what she does.

epic tip: if people are trying to cancel you, they’re probably not your fans

As a 20 year old woman who has a similar body type as her (I’m 5’10 and about 135lbs), and has also dealt with eating disorders of sorts and anxiety and depression because of my issues with limiting my diet to either 1 meal or snack per day, I actually liked that scene in the video because I felt like I could relate to it. She was not picking on others because of their weight, she was pointing out her own insecurities. Taylor herself admitted that she’s struggled with eating disorders in the past. Just because someone has an ideal body type, does not give anyone the right to tell them that they don’t have a reason to be insecure. Those who complained so much about this scene were invalidating her own insecurities. If she was calling herself too skinny, people would’ve loved the scene

People need to leave her alone, most of the stuff she does isn’t even controversial tbh

I’m not a huge TS fan, but from what I can tell, she doesn’t try to cause trouble. She also holds herself to a higher standard than a LOT of pop performers today.

She is like any other artist. She will do whatever it takes to sell tickets.

If there's an effort to cancel her, it's failing miserably. She is crashing friggin' Ticketmaster!

Taylor is nothing but kind to ALL WOMEN no matter what color/religion etc. she works hard on her music, only puts out her own experiences and emotions and only every really has bad things to say about men who have wronged her like she is the lest problematic person frfr
