Usually, within a month, we were back to work. During Obama’s tenure, I was laid off for 9 months straight. When Trump took office, I got laid off for two weeks in January 2017. After that, I didn’t miss another day of work until my heart attack and open heart surgery in June 2020. It was almost 2 years before I could go back to work. Not Trump’s fault at all.
