A Dignified Numismatic Tribute to Those Who Served in World War I

Now you can own a special collection of five original UK Silver coins all dated 1914, brought together in commemoration of all those who served or made the ultimate sacrifice during the Great War.

Struck from 925/1000 Sterling Silver, your set contains the 1914 threepence, sixpence, shiling, florin and half-crown. All five are silver coins that would have been in circulation at the time of the outbreak of the war.

Presented alongisde your coins are miniature replicas of the 'trio' medals awarded to those who served in the armed forces during the conflict. These include the 1914-15 Star Medal, the 1914-18 British War Medal and the 1914-19 Victory Medal. Each has been recreated directly from the original and features a precise reproduction of the ribbon.

Just 1,914 sets available

As you can imagine, these coins are now becoming increasingly difficult to source. Notwithstanding the fact that they contain the highest silver content of any British circulating coins, issues dated 1914 have long held a poignant significance for collectors due to their assocation with the outbreak of the war.

Consequently your set has a strict edition limit of just 1,914. This immediately places it as one of the most limited commemorative silver sets issued this year - and given the pedigree of the coinage it is also one of the most important for UK collectors.

So to secure your set whilst we still have some remaining simply add to your basket now and we will ship to you as soon as possible. Your set will arrive ready to display in a Deluxe Wooden Presentation Case, complete with your Certificate of Authenticity.

I actually held a physical copy of WW1 medals. They were owned by an armyman, Brooks, John William. Three generations passed and those medals, the Mons Star, the Angel, and another medal. Entered the hands of my friend at the time.
