I needed to hear this today, Mel! I’m on my healing/self-love journey and finding myself for the first time. Lying in bed has been one of my things I struggle with. I was just thinking today that when I have to wake up for work tomorrow, I’m not going to hit snooze one time. And then this short popped up. No coincidence ❤😂I LOVE YOU!!! Thank you, friend🥹

The 5.4.3.2. 1 helps for letting go too.
We hold onto stuff like we hold onto blankets. Count down and let go.
The micro or macro decision to let them go works too😂
