But I get sand like feeling irritation and burning and itching in eyelid s in eyelashes .it was before surgery also .Dr had given omega 3 capsules and eye 6 .it was better but come back. 1portion of water melan GL is 5 . For diebetics the GL for a whole meal cannot exceed 10 . That means there isn't many more foods that you can eat for the meal if you are also eating watermelon.
