Feudalism wasn’t public land because it was privately owned and controlled by the monarchy.
In socialism public ownership means ownership by the community, and controlled by the community through democracy. Much like your city water.
Fascism didn’t have a set economic system. It was loosely based on syndicalism, but not all fascists used syndicalism. Essentially fascists believed in private ownership and private enterprise, under the control of the authoritarian state. The authoritarian state is not public control, since fascists are anti democracy. The capitalists owned, controlled, and profited from the business and the fascists would direct them as to the needs of the state. Of course this wasn’t set in stone for fascism, since fascism didn’t have a set economic system. Fascism is defined by, nationalism, xenophobia, anti democracy, anti socialism/Marxism and suppression of opposition. Anti fascists are against the defining characteristics of fascism. Economics doesn’t play much of a part in it except for the fact capitalists support fascism.
