How do we get the Error code 0502 to go away?. My v3 worked perfect until I updated the firm wear. Now it wont load the new file.

I’ve tried this way and just don’t know if I loaded the new tune onto it or if the old tune is still on my autocal how can I tell if I loaded the new tune on the autocal or if it’s the old one still

Is it possible for a newbie to basically do a tow tune and add turbine braking in tow haul mode that auto activates like the 2011+? Obviously I'm not looking to make the truck breath better, so no worries there.

So if I have files for a different truck in the Tune folder should I delete them or can they be kept there for another truck or are they VIN specific? I no longer have that truck. Thanks great video.

I've been trying for 2 nights now to load a single csp5 tune pack onto my autocal v2. Fully updated the autocal v2 last night, previous tune deleted. Ive dragged and dropped the new tune exactly how you've shown it in the video, but i see it NOWHERE on my autocal to select it to flash my truck with. Any insight as to what im doing wrong or why my autocal is not showing the tune to flash it?

Where do you get the scan and tune software? I found the explorer software on their website but not the scan and tune software.

If i have an lly and lb7 both tuned through the same company with the same autocal can i have both trucks tunes on the autocal at the same time? Or do i need to remove one trucks tunes and load the others onto the autocal?

When i do this it says the file being opened is not supported by this software version. Is it because im using an autocal v2 instead of a v3?

Hey I’m having an issue where I can’t copy the factory tune off the autocal to my desktop, it keeps saying operation aborted. Any ideas?

My new computer wont download efi live v3. Idk why its windows 11. Only thing i can figure is the computer dont have the correct program to open it or run it. Idk....help ???

I'm disappointed in these tunes. It said 5k tuning when I bought. It only goes to 4k and not to mention I still have a governor at 110mph. I spent 950 dollars on everything 2 years ago. Yall seem impossible to get ahold of👎 and want me to pay another 100 to delete the governor
