A good craft project, sturdy and certainly useful for many jobs. However, the half-tube of the mobile part, heated and adapted with the press, to compensate for the difference in the radius (internal with external) and all the subsequent although the work surfaces and the support surface of the fixed base were finally milled, they leave some perplexity about the perfect parallelism of all the equipment, as they are impossible to rectify (with the machines seen). Impressive. Not sure about the paint though. Most machinist vices have unpainted sliding parts.
