The weird pod thingy is an ACMI or Air Combat Manaeuvering Instrumentation pod. It gathers loads of information to detect if a simulated engagement is successful or not.

BTW. If you didn't know, the RAAF uses the Growler too. I'm sure liveries will be available soon.

Brett: (1). Wing Tips are AN/ALQ-218s They are part of the airframe and are only removed for maintenance, these process incoming EM signals.
(2). Looks to be a ACMI or AACMI, used for logging data during training operations such as Red Flag or the Aussies Talisman Sabre.
(3). AIM-120D.
(4). AGM-88E Advanced Antiradiation Guided Missile "aka HARM"
(5). ALQ-99, this is the offensive part of the electronic warfare package 2 or 4 are normally carried a fifth on the belly in posable but not common.
(6). Looks to be a Luggage Pod likely the new MXU units.
(7). Is some type of ATFLIR but doesn't seem to be the AN/ASQ-228.

I haven't been able to take off in this aircraft, I pull back and the elevators work but it acts as if it's glued to the ground, have you had this problem and do you know how to fix it?

Great Video Sir. Do you know if the navigation systemworks, tacan and manual long lat waypoint coordinates input work?
Really cool that you can open the canopy, adds so much more to the immersion. Should be a standard on all aircraft.
