Pinning this on all of my Pink Palm Puff videos because I keep seeing a lot of comments about the situation!

Yes, I am grateful for the free hoodie! I don’t want anyone to think that just because I am not satisfied with the quality means that I am ungrateful. I addressed in one of my videos that the poor quality of the hoodie doesn’t upset me that much because it was free. However, knowing that these hoodies cost $80 and there was a possibility that someone could’ve paid that much money for a hoodie that came stained and with loose threads like mine is what makes me angry. I am not going to be one of those influencers who only say nice things about a product they were gifted just for the sake of getting more free stuff.

Some other people were questioning if the hoodie I received was from the real Pink Palm Puff brand, and it in fact was. I communicated through the brand via email when they reached out to me asking if they could send me a hoodie. Their email ended with @pinkpalmpuff.com which is how I know they’re legit.

All of that being said, it is up to you to decide if you want to spend your money on their stuff! I am not hating on this brand, I am just sharing my bad experience with them. They have commented on my tiktoks and told me to email their customer service team about this issue, which I have done. I will post more updates later if I hear back from them!

It’s irrational deep, just cut off the threads and wash the hoodie. Those hoodies are expensive and they sent it for free, Plus, Lily is literally 16 and in school. She didn’t even make the stain or threads happen.

I’m sure lily didn’t even do that. It probably got stains through shipping. I have 4 pink palm puff hoodies and not one of them has showed up like that. I’m sure it was a mistake. Plus yes I understand it’s stained but ITS FREE. Those hoodies are literally 90 dollars. Plus the quality is AMAZING.

um… that’s pretty normal to me and the stains are unnoticeable. just cut off the thread and you’ll be fine. A little washing may help as well!

those stains are TINY- they even sent you a hoodie for free!! like girl chill- EDIT: btw I’m pretty sure they send the defective hoodies (like there’s a mistake in the design or sm) to give for free, to reduce waste and not lose too much money.

I have 5 pink palm puff items.Pajamas, sweatpants, and 3 hoodies.Not a single one came like this.I paid 80 bucks!Lily is still doing amazing in school, and tries her best to make them right!It probably was damaged while shipping.Cut the threads, wash it, and be grateful you got an 80 dollar hoodie for free. Edit:I saw her pinned comment now, and I get it.But still, lily has never done this, and I have never seen a review like this, maybe it’s bcuz of where she lives and how it was mailed.
