I knew that the drills were extremely long, relative to diameter and that the barrels were rotated against the cutting tools; but this information gives me greater appreciation for the levels of precision that are achieved in deep drilling of steel and other aspects of rifle barrel making. Quality firearm magazine articles on barrel making are extremely rare. I will spread the word about this YouTube channel.
