Debugging SJW three phase split voltage regulator

Показать описание
First make sure the input voltage is within the rated input voltage range of the regulator. Check whether the three-phase input phase sequence is correct, because an incorrect phase sequence may cause the voltage regulator to not work properly or even be damaged. Under no-load conditions, first turn on the voltage regulator and observe whether its no-load output voltage is normal. Under normal circumstances, it should be close to the rated output voltage. If you need to adjust the output voltage, you can adjust the voltage adjustment knob on the voltage regulator (if there is one). During the debugging process, gradually load the load and pay close attention to the changes in the output voltage to see whether it can be maintained within a stable range. If it is found that the output voltage fluctuates greatly or exceeds the allowable range, check whether the load is too large and exceeds the capacity of the voltage regulator, or the voltage regulator itself is faulty. Also, pay attention to safety during the entire debugging process to prevent accidents such as electric shock. # transformer # transformer manufacturer # debugging #SJW three-phase debugging voltage regulator debugging #manufacturer direct quality assurance
