Overall a very helpful and informative video. That said, when he’s cutting the strips there are 9 strips (assuming that 2 outside strips are indeed discarded). The final lattice has 10.

The multiple camera angles at the same time as he's weaving the pie is something this channel has that other YouTube cooking channels usually don't.

Turn off the annoying music. It makes it difficult to hear the voice-over.
