Ingredients:

Turn On Captions/CC!!

2 cup - Whipped cream
400ml - Condensed milk
½ cup - Pistachio powder
¼ tsp - Food colour
1 pinch - Salt
½ tsp - Vanilla essence
½ cup - Crushed pistachio (total is ¾ cup - Pistachio)

* Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. On low speed

*Pour into a resealable container. Cover the surface with Butter paper, then seal

*To avoid ice crystal on top, cover the ice cream with butter paper.

*Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm. Keep stored in the freezer.
