Super tasty Pistachio Ice Cream made of 3 ingredients only.

This Pistachio Ice Cream recipe is so easy to make, so delicious and compete any pistachio ice cream you have ever taste at any shop. It's very rich, you just feel the great taste of the pistachios.

Egg-less, no ice cream machine needed and without any food colouring.

Pistachio Ice Cream Ingredients:

290g (2 1/4 cup) shelled unsalted pistachios
600ml (2 1/2 cup - 1 tbsp) whipping cream
310ml (395g / 1can) condensed milk
1/2 tsp salt

For best results, Please Stick with the exact ingredients.

This is the best pistachio no-churn ice cream I've ever had in my life. Ignore the drippy video mess that is in the bowl...LOL this is fantastic.

I didn’t have enough pistachios so I calculated to lessen the other portions but I realised it’s really sweet. In the end I used 600ml of whipping cream but lesser of everything else and it’s still pretty sweet.

If you don’t have condensed milk you can also use 1/4th cup evaporated or regular milk and 3/4th cup sugar
