I trained my kids to sleep by simply laying ground rules.1) no electronics 1hr before bed. 2)go to bed at same time even on weekends. 3) if mommy and daddy door is closed do not open it no matter what, I don’t care if the house on fire or there’s a guy with an axe in the house. Do not disturb!
