In typical Skyblock fasion, some bugs take months to fix

The infinite quiver 'bug' isn't a bug apparently, it was deemed a while ago by an admin as a feature on the known glitches thread thing

The admins actually said this was intentional, it's even under the bug reports section as "It is not a bug, it's intentional"

the reason why it doesn't work while shifting is there was a patch to fix ability of scorpion bow and mosquito bow wasn't work with infinite quiver

Crouching disables IQ and it being a feature has to be the most stupidest thing ever.

Infinite Quiver X doesn't work with arrows in your inventory either, just like the Juju shortbow with arrows in your inventory

i use go back arrows in my quiver and its so annoying to refill it
