People should be discouraged from contacting the Sentinel people. They see outsiders as bad omens and will never change their minds. I can’t blame them at all.

I was surprised to see Adak on the list. My father was a Navy Seabee and helped build a lot of the infrastructure on the island in the 50's and 60's. He did 2, 1 year tours there and my whole family went on his 3rd and last tour 65-68. One of the best times I had as a child and the source of many fond memories. As I was very interested in WWII history, I loved walking in the paths of those service members. Sleeping in the bunks in our Boy Scout cabin that those airmen slept in. Touching pieces of history every day. Their Quanset hut quarters were our playground. A wonderful place to grow up at the time. It is very sad to see it as it is now. All of the houses in the area we lived are gone. The new gym/classrooms we watched them build abandoned and in disrepair. Things on Adak do not last long without constant upkeep. The winds make it a very harsh environment. Near the end of the video it shows where my father worked.

The world might have been shocked, as you say, by the death of the missionary who visited the North Sentinal island but, after three attempts, he had clearly been warned, wouldn't take no for an answer, and might well have put them at risk from contamination. Cry me a river.

The late Mr. Chau was chased away twice by the Sentinelese. How many times did God have to tell him No? If they don't want outside contact, leave them alone.

There are no lions in Australia roaming the land! Disappointing to know that footage shown in this video is not necessarily showing true footage from the areas being talked about.

At 20 minutes, 36 seconds, this video shows an African lion walking through Cape York, Australia. This calls into question everything shown and said in the video.

Somehow I don't feel a sudden urge to visit any of these places.

The people of planet earth should not be wasting one single dollar on the exploration of Mars. It's a cold dead planet void of any life, we need to concentrate our efforts & finances on the beautiful planet that we're on.

At 0:16 - this is a place that is waiting to be found? Judging by the number of houses, quite a lot of people have found it!

There are no lions on Cape York Peninsula. Whoever researched video for this segment had no idea.

Quite a lot of homes on the "uninhabited" Devon Island.. If your video is indeed from there...

I am very happy to watch this far far away from Snake 🐍 Island

So you’re saying those robotic probes that were supposed to be on mars was really on Canada’s most alien island ?

20:35 They don't have Savanna African lions roaming at Cape York, Australia. Careless choice of video selection.

Deliberately visiting North Sentinal Island and seeking to make contact with those living there is a hostile act and should be regarded as such.

Why your English utterances and pacing are very clear that I don’t need a subtitle to understand your every word. Other podcasters are difficult for us Asian to comprehend their pronouncing. Congrats!

When I was in the Navy ROTC, I visited Adak in the summer. I do remember that it was cold.

I'm old now and have experienced plenty of crap that makes me want to live in an isolated place . Isolated from everything but the bitter winds. I really only ask for 4 years without strife. I have considered using an isolated Lighthouse or a delightful barge floating aimlessly in the middle of the Pacific.
