I honestly dont see how Ulf Kars would defeat Saitama in a one on one, considering Saitama can survive in outer space and Kars froze in outer space, so all Saitama could do is launch him there with one punch and we're good to go(if Saitama knows about this)

Only circumstance i see Saitama losing is to Novel Kars, otherwise, just my opinion, im giving the W to Saitama
