I really appreciate that when you alter the way you wear something it doesn't ruin the fabric, stretch out the form, or put stress on seams not designed for that type of stress.

I see that so often by style influencers and I think it's irresponsible to tell people to ruin their clothes without telling them it will ruin their clothes.

Both versions are brilliant ideas, but my vote is version 2. That lining trick - wow!

For option 1, you need skirt hikes. Instead of tucking into belt, you can attach the skirt hikes to belt, and attach skirt to the hikes, and pull it up as mush as you want. Also, the fan pocket will be more stable.
