Motivation is a reason or reasons for acting and behaving in a certain way. Well, to be a motivated English learner you need to take responsibility for your own success and your own failure. Think about what you did right when you succeed and think about what you did wrong when you fail.

Remember why you started learning English. Focus on things you can control: how many hours you study and what kind of studying you do. You are not just responsible for your mistakes but also your achievements and celebrate that. How should you reward yourself? That's up to you.
