One of the greatest voices ever... maybe the greatest.

Sinatra was a master of being able to phrase a song. He knew how to split up the words of a song to make them more meaningful, fit the rhythm, and really improve the overall experience. He could make an OK song good, a good song great, and a great song a classic. He didn’t have the greatest range, but he more than made up for it as a genius at musical expression.

I've been helping take care of my 95 year old grandpa one day a week, and we sit and listen to old LPs. Really blowing my mind how good they are. Patti Page, Patsy Cline, Frank, Gene Autry. Those generations of the 1900s made some amazing music.

6:00 Brad. My Dude. This is called humor. The song has a positive message, but isn't taking itself seriously. It's not advocating, it's not preaching, it's just expressing with a dash of humor.

Lex is so fun. I heard this song for the first time watching License To Drive with one of the Coreys and it started my love of all things things Frank. I do think this is his best song.

It's heartwarming to see her enjoying the music so much. I wish I could be this happy.

Especially Christmas time - Frank, Bing, Burl, B.B., you name it, nothing but jazz and blues...

i think that line; roll myself up into a ball and die is more so a line that drops an emotional bomb of the end of the climax to add emphasis on the acceptance of a loss; rather than a literal death, however with all art forms the lyrics are up to interpretation

Some people get off pissing in your coffee. They beg to be ignored. The two of you are so refreshing. You're making the world a smarter place one subscriber and post at a time

Now you're really going back and Lex says she has some more? Cannot wait. I wonder if Frankie Valli & the 4 seasons is in Lex's music catalog?

I've loved Frank Sinatra for as long as I can remember. He always sets the mood for whatever you are looking for. Thx for sharing his music. This excellence should not be lost.

Sinatra was a rare talent. To this day, he is still easily recognized by his nickname, "Ole Blues Eyes".

They recorded the first take of this song, and Sinatra ended it with “Oh yeah!” The producer asked him to record another take. Sinatra was known as “One-Take Sinatra” because he could come in and nail a song on the first take. Having to record another take annoyed him, so he sang the second take with a bit of attitude in his voice, and ended it with a defiant “My my!” directed towards the producer. The second take is the famous one and why he has so much attitude in his singing.

I've been missing the cleverly edited 1 or 2 second close ups of funny facial reactions during the videos of late. They bring attention to both of you, it was a reason I started following your channel. It gives viewers a quick little glimpse of your personalities.
