Ive experienced how this works both sides of it. When I really spent intentional time on redirecting my mind I had money just appear I know it sounds crazy but its true! But when I gave into the part of me that shrinks back in fear things quickly went down. It takes energy to recognize thoughts that don't feel good and choosing a better one and acknowledging the improvement. I made posters with each of my kids names surrounded by who I know they are and all the good in their lives present and future and read them and felt the joy of imagining their lives and ive seen miracles happen for them like crazy things miracles. Now I need to love myself enough to dream up my happy life!

So many of us are “lucky” but we turn away from it…one of the most common biases is to concentrate on the bad or negatives…and to hold on to it through confirmation bias..meaning we actually create our bad luck to confirm our beliefs…oy!
