Theory: Leo was just overwhelmed by the pressure of being a royal prince, so he went outside for some fresh air. The stress never really left his mind, so that's probably why he was so fidgety. Next thing he knows, someone comes out to see what he's up to. Hence the title "I didn't think anyone noticed me"
