Normally people like Stacey would drive me up the wall, but she really is just a beautiful precious human being that needs to be protected. And I’m so glad she is with joe because they are perfect for each other.

I can empathize with Stacey regarding oven temperature. When I, a Canadian, visited Australia, I baked some “biscuits “. The entire recipe was in metric measures so I just presumed the oven was metric as well. It took forever for them to bake partly because the oven was not metric and partly because when I was placing them on the pan I forgot that they were Australian/ British biscuits which translates in Canadian to “cookies”. Just a little too large, she said sarcastically.
