This a very good video no doubt... The ONGC staff all over the offshore and onshore are paid good have good facilities .
But, there is a dark side ONGC contract workers are under paid .. have to work in long hours, very poor safety for contract workers, some of the ONGC contract workers don't have insurance .

Swiber PJW 3000 is installed its jacket and i am proud to say that i operated the winch to pull the jacket from the barge to water.. Assisted the team for smooth crane operation..
