Saw them live many times, loved the Pogues ! I remember when Shane had a glass of whiskey and kicked it over on stage, went off during the instrumental part of the song and returned with a litre bottle, popped it open, took a swig and continued the rest of the night!! (and yes, it was empty at the end!) If you didn't know already, Pogues is short for Poguemahone - unsure of its meaning? look it up :)

What the heck is spider doing. LOL. I've heard that head smash sound on an earlier song of there's but it surely doesnt belong on this song. He's enjoying himself.
I'm sure the recording engineer was having a heart attack with that sound bleeding through onto open mics
