What a shame...That NDP lady doesn't understand the meaning of affordable housing. It doesn't use average income, it uses your income.
She claims that in her riding, units are affordable at $2750 per month rent because an average household income is $109k there.
Can you imagine? She is promoting giving billions of dollars to developers to convince them to build units that will be rented out for $2750 in Ottawa. Ahahaha. Even in Toronto units for $2750 are really good.
