Thank you so much for the info, I had my trial of thr RGP lenses although it improved my vision I found it too uncomfortable to wear. I'm glad that there are options like piggybacking RGP on soft lenses and hybrid lenses exist. Can't wait to ask my optometrist about these options.

Thanks a lot for making this video

Hi thank you so much for informative video I am not sure what stage of keratoconus i m at but i have gone through cross linking procedure & wearing scelaral hard lenses for past 6 months no doubt my vision is great i have never seen this clear in my life ever but the hard part is taking them its been 6 months but it takes good 30 to 45mins for me to take then off & while taking them off my eyelids somehow blinks too much so when i remove it lenses touch my eye so roughly then it hurts. Now me & my husband thinks i should go to regular soft lenses after watching your video now i am confused should I keep the scelarl lenses & wait for the miracle that 1 day i will be perfect & pro of using them or should i give a try to soft one.

Hi DOC. Went to optometrist who manager promised to give me prescription but instead said my -8.00 needed a custom fit and that he couldn't give me prescription unless I ordered contacts. I demanded him so many times to give me my prescription after paying 150$ for the contacts exam. He took the fitting called me later saying it would be 550$ for hard contacts and 752$ for annual supply soft contacts. How can I convince him to give me my prescription without going to BBB Bureau. 1800 contacts is going to attempt to get the prescription faxed to them. Sorry for asking you but if you can please assist.
