I love seeing overweight people outside working out. That shiz gets me hyped up and motivated. Those are the kinds of people I want to see in the gym and in the streets. Also, I jump rope alot for Muay Thai and Kickboxing, and it's my least favorite workout, but probably one of the best for cardio (and I'm in good shape). If you are overweight and you're jump-roping, kudos to you. Fak that guy.
