The bunker is a good business to buy as a new player it'll make you millions in no time or even as a high level player it can still make you millions. There's also a 2% bonus per rival player in a public session if you want to take the risk selling in a public session if you don't you can always sell in an invite only.

this is basically solid info - Get Chumash - only Buy supplies - and sell at max - yes max only! If running solo - restart game if it gives you dunebuggies or marshalls, or the merryweather insurgents. but if you have friends with you, only restart dune buggies if drops are across map just cuz its inconvenient. ... ive made so much from my businesses i made a video - guess how much ive made from the bunker ....

Shooting range is worth it.
It increases your maximum ammo and explosives amount.
Not sure if it changed, but has been like that for over 5 years.

How do you have 1.5M worth of stock? I only get 456K then adding up to about 1.5M for selling to Los Santos

The only thing I'll say about the security upgrade is that if you buy supplies w/out security, it only builds to 157k...whereas buying the security builds stock to 210k.

Great video. I'm just wondering how the profit works (I suck at math). So as a solo player, do you fill up the bunker or do you buy one set of supplies at a time, wait for the bunker to finish producing weapons from that one batch, sell that and then also do a sell mission for Ammu-Nation ?

Well every time I buy a single batch of supplies I get 2 sell vehicles no matter what.

With all upgrades to any business it lowers the tick from 50 mins a tick to 30 minutes.

I moved to Chumash and the gun running $50k truck never reappeared

Something I hate about the bunker mission is that if you sell over 100, 000$ stock you have to deliver more than 1 vehicle, but if you max your, you need friends

You can do something else which I usually do. Fill it up full then try to sell it alone ... try to get sell the stock by using the insurgent car ... whenever it gives you other option .. change your server .. you will lose 10k every time till it ask to sell it by delivering 3 insurgent pickup vehicle
