Excellent instructionals on the Darce choke. Forced to pick a favourite, I reckon the reaction to an attempted pass is just beautiful. We all hope to control fights & to frustrate attacks by smothering passes etc. at their earliest stages but nothing breaks a heart quite like a reactionary attack when an opponent thinks they've took the advantage. We know that because it sucks like a brand new Dyson when it happens to us. Loving this one! ;)

I’ve also found the d’arce tons of times when people try to get out of side control and they use an underhook, they basically give you the d’arce. Loved the side control setup you had, I will absolutely use that the next time I roll

Cool variation. Never tried it with switching base. Was taught to grab the forearm not the bicep, with elbow on mat, lift forearm for pressure. So many nice setups, will be watching this one a few times.
